We offer the installation of all types of racking systems and industrial mezzanines for warehouses, whether large or small. We take care of everything, from identifying hall dimensions to construction and cleaning.
How does rack assembly work in five steps?
Before we get down to work, we visit the site where the work will take place. We have a meeting with you, talk to each other and find a solution which meets everyone’s expectations. Every warehouse requires a situation-specific solution. We make sure that everything is perfectly prepared.
We use lasers to measure the hall intended for the racks, so we know down to a millimetre where each piece of structure should go.
Trucks with all the necessary parts arrive at the site and we gradually start to create the jigsaw puzzle from them, following a precisely elaborated project dossier and using cutting-edge modern technology, making sure the structure is stable and durable.
We do not leave any mess behind. When we are done, we clean up the hall.
Subsequently, there is a final meeting to look at the finished structure. You check that everything is in order, we answer any questions, sign the acceptance certificate and you will have a warehouse completely ready for high intensity operations.

We have been assembling racks for over ten years and have done a fair amount of work not only in the Czech Republic but also all over Europe – from Germany, through the UK to Belgium.
Members of our staff are not only professionals with licences to operate the various necessary equipment (e.g. hydraulic scissor lifts, forklifts etc.), but are also trained in other practical disciplines such as occupational safety, fire protection and working at height. This means your warehouse will be absolutely safe during installation.
But most of all, we stand behind our approach to you, our customer. We do not put on airs and graces! We explain everything in detail and we keep in touch with you throughout the process. We can be counted on; what we agree on, we do. In addition, we hold IPAF, SPA, CSCS, ITSSAR and SEIRS certificates.

Disassembling racking systems
Not only are we able to erect a racking system for your warehouse, but we are also happy to clear everything and move it to another location if necessary. Buying the system from you or disposing of it is also an option. Either way, we take care of everything and you won’t have to worry about a thing.
Assembling racking systems
We will be happy to visit your warehouse, take measurements, listen to your requirements, design a custom solution and get to work erecting your racking. When the work is finished, we will clean up everything in the hall and hand it over in the best possible condition.
